or do not have the expertise, time and tools to troubleshoot.
- You will receive our easy to read report and pictures by email to help you pinpoint problems.
- We will also answer any questions and even perform a re-inspection of items that have been repaired for a reasonable re-inspection fee.
How Long Does it Take?
- The average inspection is 2-4 hours, and may take longer for larger properties.

- Please contact us to set a time and date for your inspection and ensure your agent is available to access the home.
- Please read and sign the disclosure and pay for inspection
- Please make sure all utilities, gas, water, electrical and other systems to be inspected are operational
Do I have to be Present for the Inspection?
No - You do not have to be present. Just ensure the access to home is provided and all systems to be inspected are operational.
