James C. Brazelton has a heart for helping others and is well-qualified to serve you. James has been in Huntsville, Alabama his entire life and is very familiar with the North Alabama community. 

He has over 20 years of experience in home maintenance, repairs and HVAC from new construction to foreclosures. After owning and operating a successful heating and cooling business for many years, he became a licensed Alabama Home Inspector. He is also a real estate investor and has helped many investors determine the after repair value on foreclosures, HudHomes, etc. He works with many local realtors and enjoys helping others succeed.

He has been married to Sandra Brazelton for over 30 years, and they are parents to three beautiful daughters, and two grandchildren. Affectionately known as “Braz”, he enjoys the rugged life of horses, 4- wheeling and other outdoor activities. James is proud to be a servant leader and is honored to be a deacon at the Blue Spring Road Church of Christ.
